Shipping Returns Exchanges


For trade projects there's usually a lot of factors involved with shipping. 

When you submit your order, we'll contact you to coordinate the shipping service you need before we confirm your order.  Details such as:  do you need the art shipped phased delivery,  your dock/warehouse requirements, if dedicated truck delivery is needed, etc.

Shipping Lead Times

Vinyl Wallcovering is typically a 6-8 week lead time after final approvals.

Transfer of licensed files is upon acceptance of the Licensing Agreement.

Loose paper | Loose Canvas prints generally ship within 7 to 15 business days which we confirm during the order confirmation process. If you need sooner, we can work it out. 

Canvas:  Gallery Wrapped or Float Framed is generally within 3-4 weeks.

Acrylics | Metal | Framed Art is also generally within 3-4 weeks .

Time of year and order quantity can vary lead time shorter or longer.

How the art is prepared to ship

Loose paper and Loose Canvas is rolled up with a protective sheet and placed in a shipping tube.

For quantity projects, artwork is fitted with protective corners, edges shrink wrapped, and organized according to Side Mark if provided or SKU.  The art is then palletized and packing slip added.  Security hardware is included but not installed on the art.

We will coordinate with you or your purchasing agent on the best short or long distance carrier for the quantity, size, weight and destination. We will provide BoLs and tracking information within 1 business day of the art leaving our dock.

Shipping Hold

If you need art held post production, we can do so for up to 3 weeks at no charge. Beyond that, let's discuss your projected need.

Let's talk about what you need, I strive to accommodate all the things that can come up on a project.   Rush Hot Shot Delivery, done it.  First Priority Overnight Delivery, my team's accomplished that too. 

Order Tracking

We will provide BoLs and tracking information within 1 business day of the art leaving our dock. 

Risk of Loss

All purchases from Ann Parks Fine Art are made pursuant to a shipping contract.  This means the risk of loss and title to the artwork passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.  If your order is placed with a purchase order, the shipping term 'FOB Ann Parks Fine Art shipping dock' will supersede any shipping terms in your purchase order.

Returns or exchanges

All sales are final unless there's been mistake on the art listing or it was received damaged.   After order shipment, the art is not exchangeable. 

Damaged items

Shipping carriers require notification of damage within 5 business days. You agree to notify us via email or to call us no later than 4 business days after receipt, notifying us of any shipping damage with specifics and photos.  Save all shipping materials and take/provide photos of all damage as the carriers require this.

Storing Artwork

We advise all artwork should be stored in a climate controlled environment at all times.  Storing art in non-climate controlled warehouses or shipping containers quickly breaks down the adhesives causing print waterboarding, and causes sagging of canvases, etc.
